Process for the calendars:
1. Download the PDF from the website.
2. Run 'qpdf --decrypt [path to the PDF] ./' to extract the raw image data.
3. Open it in GIMP and remove the bottom.
4. Create any additional versions, like lower resolution, cropped, etc as needed.
5. Profit!
